Over the last 25 years I have had numerous personal gains from Scientology, but by far the largest and most valuable benefit I have gained from the works of L. Ron Hubbard is the recovery and rehabilitation of myself and my own self-determinism in life.

      This is really quite simple but incredible in its magnitude. This alone has been invaluable and I am extremely grateful to L. Ron Hubbard.

      From the recovery and rehabilitation of my self and my own self-determinism in life I can now think for myself. I have my own ideas and points of view on any subject and know that it is my own idea and my own point of view. I can now understand someone else's point of view and respect their ideas. I have gained a sense of ethics and personal integrity. I can now study any subject and accept or reject the information I am studying.

      I have an increased understanding and tolerance of other religious beliefs and practices as I now have the ability to look for myself and decide for myself what my own religious beliefs are.

      Well, I guess there is one more benefit that is just as valuable and maybe more valuable that I have also gained from Scientology: The ability to help someone else recover their own sense of self and their own determinism in life.

      This universe is a cause and effect universe and there are countless methods and glorified ideas that put you at effect and with your face in the mud. Be the captain of your own ship, grab the wheel and navigate to the shores you are intending to go to. That is what I have gained from the works of L. Ron Hubbard!
